- Free non-judgemental, confidential services that are friendly and welcoming.
- Emotional support: One to one, group, telephone support, home visits
- Information
- Accompany you to meetings
- Support for grandparents in the transition from the role of grandparent to the role of parent.
- Referrals: If we can’t help we’ll try to find someone who can.
- We can provide the opportunity for other kinship carers to meet, share experiences and difficulties.
